Stress Reduction Audio Refund Policy
Dear Visitor, if you are just browsing,
please make sure to read the
disclaimer before purchasing or using any of our products.
The refund policy covers all of my stress
release audio files. These are files that I have recorded and
produced under the "Destress" Label.
The refund policy is very simple and
straightforward. If you are unhappy with any aspect of my audio
stress relaxation or stress meditation downloadable files sold as
downloadable MP3 audio files--I will cheerfully refund the money you paid,
no questions asked.
In order to lodge a claim for refund, please do the following:
Delete all the stress relaxation audio
files you purchased.
Send an e-mail to
info@destress.com.au stating
that:
You are unhappy with the stress release
audio file you purchased. ( Feedback on my stress management audio
files is highly desirable but not necessary. I would greatly
appreciate it if you could let me know why you are unhappy, this feedback
will greatly help me produce even better quality stress relaxation audio
files.
That you have deleted the files and that
you are no longer in possession of the recordings
Attach to the E-mail a copy of the receipt
you received from Pay Pal, if you paid by cash or credit card, include the
receipt we gave you. Please include the date of the purchase order
and your details.
Include your Pay Pal account name for
example georgesXXX@paypal.com.
I will pay your refund directly into you Pay Pal account.
